The direct answer
After sending USDT, check the on-chain transaction, merchant payment recognition and domain registration separately. These states may not update together. Keep the order ID, network and transaction hash rather than paying again without diagnosis.
A USDT debit in a wallet does not establish that a domain has been registered. Network settlement, merchant matching and registrar processing are separate stages. Checking each one tells you which evidence matters and where to investigate.

Availability can change between checkout and the registration request, or the registry can return another restriction or error. Follow the order's actual failure, refund or account-credit process to establish the next step. A payment-complete notification is not proof of completed domain ownership.
Send support a useful record
Provide the order ID, network, transaction hash and time of the issue. Redact unrelated balances, other transactions and sensitive account information from screenshots. Keep the explanation and resolution for the order. Finally verify the complete domain name and expiry date in your account before treating the purchase as finished.
